LyntonWeb developed an easy to use client login, where managed care facilities can access lab results in real time. Results can be printed and stored in the patient's file, or saved for viewing on the website at any time.
Serving managed care facilities with elderly and sick patients requires the utmost in customer service and urgent response. Lab results flagged with critical diagnoses trigger an e-mail and/or SMS message to the appropriate staff members.
Fax Server Integration
The instant results arrive from the lab equipment, a server utility publishes the lab results to the website and sends the report to the client via fax.
