Pack n Send is a Houston-based freight forwarding, shipping, and moving company. They started as a local packing and shipping company and recently expanded to offer nationwide services. One of their specialties is moving small household loads around the country. When someone has a job that's too small for a moving company, they can call Pack n Send.
Challenge
Pack n Send rarely spent money on advertising. They relied heavily on word of mouth and customer loyalty for sales. Their website was a small 5-page informational site with no lead capture or quote request forms. Pack n Send had no way of knowing whether their website was bringing them any business at all.
Solution
LyntonWeb recommended HubSpot to Pack n Send in August 2009. The LyntonWeb inbound marketing team identified opportunities to expand the pages in Pack n Send's site to attract more visitors from free, organic search keywords. After interviews with Pack n Send, they wrote content for all the new pages and optimized them for specific keyword phrases. They set up a blog and continue to help publishing blog articles on a regular basis, which are promoted in social media and among Pack n Send's customer base. LyntonWeb also launched Pack n Send's Twitter account to tweet moving tips, freight and shipping news, and auto-post updates to the Pack n Send website and blog.
Results
Just 3 months after Pack n Send's new website launch, they more than doubled their monthly traffic to over 1000 monthly unique visitors. Where previously they were getting no requests from they're website, they now receive over 10 targeted leads per week.
