Zetta

Zetta came to LyntonWeb in the Summer of 2010 with a desire to improve its inbound marketing efforts. Zetta, a California-based company specializing in public cloud storage, faced the challenge of well-known competitors with larger budgets and an already-established online presence. Inbound marketing was exactly what Zetta needed to boost its image and expand its online customer base.

When it came to design, we created a site reflecting Zetta’s color scheme of orange and black along with an accent color of blue, a common choice for IT-related sites. The new layout featured Zetta’s latest news, events, and awards while highlighting the integral services customers are most interested in. We created lead-generating contact forms throughout the site, and we have continuously tested landing pages, like one promoting Zetta’s upcoming appearance at Cloud Computing Expo, for effectiveness.

To boost Zetta’s search engine exposure, our marketing team optimized every page on the site with SEO-friendly keyphrases, and we launched a Google PPC campaign, which currently accounts for around 10% of our overall site traffic. The PPC campaign has allowed us to push the Zetta brand name amongst its competitors in the search results and has helped us showcase Zetta’s main offerings, including a free demo video of ZettaMirror, to a wider audience. Additionally, we took over Zetta’s social media efforts, including Twitter and 1-2 blog posts every week, up from their previous posting schedule of about once a month.
