How to Use This Template
The Landing - Webinar template is specifically designed to create high-converting event registration pages within your HubSpot CMS hub. This template combines webinar-specific modules to build a complete event marketing funnel that captures leads and builds anticipation for your upcoming presentation.
When you create a new landing page using this template, you’ll immediately have access to the Hero - Webinar module, which prominently displays your event title, date, and speaker information above the fold. This works seamlessly with the Countdown module to create urgency and encourage immediate registration. Position the countdown timer strategically below your hero section to maintain momentum without overwhelming visitors.
The Team Listing module is particularly valuable for webinars featuring multiple speakers or panelists. You can showcase speaker credentials and headshots to build authority and trust with potential attendees. Configure this module through the page editor to display speaker bios, company affiliations, and social media links.
For lead capture, the Theme Form module integrates directly with your HubSpot contact database and marketing automation workflows. Consider placing your registration form both in the hero section and further down the page to capture visitors at different engagement levels. You can customize form fields through HubSpot’s drag-and-drop form builder to collect webinar-specific information like job title or company size.
The Text and Image Columns module allows you to highlight webinar topics, learning outcomes, or agenda items using a scannable format. This helps visitors quickly understand the value proposition and makes your landing page more conversion-friendly.
