Show/Hide Content
Choose what content to show in a blog post.
Note: This is a built-in module, meaning you’ll need to open the Contents tab of the page editor sidebar to select it. This module is made specifically to alter content on this theme’s Blog Post template and does not render any visible content itself.

Usage Guide
The Show/Hide Content module gives you granular control over which elements appear on your blog posts in the Impact theme. This module is essential for customizing the reader experience and maintaining consistent branding across your nonprofit or educational organization’s content.
When you add this module to your blog post template through the Contents tab, you can selectively display or hide four key components that typically appear around your main blog content. The social sharing option controls whether visitors see buttons to share your posts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn—particularly valuable for nonprofits looking to amplify their message. The call to action setting determines if your donation buttons, volunteer sign-ups, or other conversion elements appear, giving you flexibility to include CTAs only on posts where they’re contextually relevant.
The author display option is useful when you have multiple content creators or guest contributors, allowing you to showcase bylines for expert pieces while hiding them for general organizational updates. The related posts feature helps visitors discover more of your content, but you might want to disable it on standalone announcements or time-sensitive posts.
Since this module doesn’t render visible content itself, you won’t see immediate changes in the page editor preview. Instead, it modifies the behavior of other theme elements when your blog post goes live. This makes it particularly powerful for organizations that need different content strategies across various post types—from impact stories that benefit from social sharing to internal updates that don’t need author attribution.
Consider creating multiple versions of your blog post template with different Show/Hide Content configurations to streamline your publishing workflow for different content categories.
