How to Use This Template

The Team Listing template is specifically designed to showcase your organization’s staff, board members, volunteers, or faculty in a professional grid layout. This template works particularly well for nonprofit organizations displaying their leadership team, educational institutions featuring faculty members, or any organization that wants to build trust through transparency about their people.

When you create a new page using this template, you’ll start with the three core modules that establish the page structure. The Transparent Header creates a seamless navigation experience that overlays your hero section, while the Hero - One Column module provides space for your page title and introductory content about your team. The main Team Listing module handles the display of individual team member profiles in an organized grid format.

To populate your team page, you’ll work primarily within the Team Listing module in HubSpot’s page editor. You can add team members one by one using the drag-and-drop interface, uploading photos, writing bio descriptions, and adding contact information or social media links for each person. The module automatically maintains consistent spacing and alignment across all team member cards.

Consider organizing your team members strategically—you might group leadership first, followed by department heads, then general staff. The Impact theme’s bold typography ensures names and titles remain highly readable, while the full-width section design gives each team member adequate visual space.

For optimal results, use consistent photo dimensions and maintain a similar tone across all bio descriptions. You can also customize the module’s styling through the theme settings to match your organization’s brand colors and adjust the number of columns displayed on different screen sizes.
