Overview
The Blog Post module is an essential component specifically designed for your blog post templates in the Spark Premium theme. This module automatically pulls in and displays your blog post content along with key metadata elements like author information and social sharing buttons, creating a cohesive reading experience for your visitors.
Unlike standard content modules that you manually populate, the Blog Post module dynamically renders the actual blog post content you’ve written in HubSpot’s blog editor. This means when you publish a new blog post, the module automatically displays your post title, featured image, body content, publication date, and author details without requiring any manual updates to the page template.
When you’re setting up blog post templates in the page editor, drag this module into your template layout where you want the main post content to appear. Most users place it in the center column of their blog template, typically below the header navigation and above any related posts or comment sections.
The module’s strength lies in its seamless integration with HubSpot’s blog system. Your blog posts maintain consistent formatting and styling across all posts while giving you flexibility to show or hide specific elements like social sharing buttons or author bios based on your content strategy.
For optimal results, configure the author information display in your Theme Settings before publishing posts.
