How to Use This Module
The Blog Post Author module automatically pulls author information from your HubSpot blog settings and displays it in a clean, professional format on your blog posts. This module is designed to help establish credibility and build personal connections between your content creators and readers by showcasing the human element behind your blog content.
When you add this module to your blog post template through the HubSpot page editor’s drag-and-drop interface, it dynamically retrieves the author information you’ve configured in your blog settings. This means you don’t need to manually enter author details for each post — the module handles this automatically based on who you’ve assigned as the post author.
Best placement practices for this module include positioning it directly below your blog post title or at the end of your content before related posts. Many Spark Premium users find success placing it in the header area of their blog post template to immediately establish authority, while others prefer it at the conclusion to encourage further engagement with the author.
The author label customization feature allows you to adapt the module’s language to match your brand voice. Instead of the default “Author” label, you might use alternatives like “Written by,” “By,” “Content Creator,” or “Team Member” depending on your organization’s style and the relationship you want to establish with readers.
