About This Module
The Site Search Results module is a specialized component that automatically handles the display and formatting of search results on your HubSpot site’s search results page. Unlike other Spark Premium modules that you can add to any page, this module is exclusively designed for the search results system template and works in conjunction with HubSpot’s built-in site search functionality.
When visitors use the search feature on your website, they’re directed to a dedicated search results page where this module takes over to present their query results in a clean, organized format. The module automatically pulls matching content from across your site and displays it with consistent styling that matches your Spark Premium theme.
Key customization options include controlling pagination by adjusting how many results appear per page, which is particularly useful for sites with extensive content libraries. You can also filter which content types appear in results—for example, you might want to exclude certain blog posts, landing pages, or specific page types from search results to keep the experience focused on your most valuable content.
The module’s string editing capabilities allow you to customize all user-facing text, from the main heading to result count messages and pagination labels. This is especially valuable for multilingual sites or when you want to match your brand’s specific tone of voice.
Since this module only functions within the search results system template, you’ll need to access it through Design Manager rather than the standard page editor. Any changes you make will automatically apply to all search result pages across your site, ensuring a consistent search experience for your visitors.
