How to Use This Section
The Team section creates a professional showcase for your company’s personnel with built-in filtering capabilities that help visitors find specific team members quickly. This section combines a rich text area for introductory content with a dynamic team listing that pulls from your HubSpot contact database.
When adding this section through the page editor’s drag-and-drop interface, you’ll position it where you want your team showcase to appear. The Theme Rich Text module at the top lets you add context about your organization, department descriptions, or calls-to-action that encourage visitors to connect with team members.
The Team Listing module automatically generates individual cards for each team member, displaying their photos, names, titles, and other contact details you’ve configured in HubSpot. The filtering functionality allows visitors to sort team members by department, role, location, or custom properties you’ve set up in your contact records, making it especially valuable for larger organizations with diverse teams.
This section works particularly well on About Us pages, leadership pages, or department-specific landing pages. You can customize the filtering options through the module settings to match your organizational structure. For example, filter by “Sales Team,” “Executive Leadership,” or “Regional Offices” based on contact properties you maintain in HubSpot.
Pro tip: Ensure your team member contact records in HubSpot have consistent, properly formatted information in the fields you plan to display. The section will only show contacts marked as team members in your database, so verify your contact segmentation is set up correctly before publishing. You can also adjust the number of team members displayed per row and customize the card layout through the theme settings panel.
