The Team - Leadership - Large section is designed specifically for organizations that need to showcase extensive leadership teams in a professional, hierarchical format. This section works exceptionally well for corporate websites, enterprise companies, and large organizations where presenting team credibility is crucial for building trust with prospects and customers.
When you add this section to your page through the HubSpot page editor’s drag-and-drop interface, you’ll notice it automatically arranges team members in a mixed grid layout featuring both 3-column and 4-column rows. This flexible structure allows you to highlight key executives in the more prominent 3-column format while efficiently displaying additional team members in the space-saving 4-column layout below.
Choose this section when your leadership team has 8 or more members that you want to display on a single page. The mixed column approach prevents the overwhelming wall-of-faces effect that can occur with traditional grid layouts while maintaining visual hierarchy.
To maximize effectiveness, use the Theme Rich Text module at the top to provide context about your leadership philosophy or company values. This helps visitors understand what makes your team unique beyond just titles and headshots. When populating the Team Listing module, ensure your leadership photos are consistent in style and dimensions—professional headshots work best at 400x400 pixels minimum.
