What is Spark Premium?

Spark Premium is a paid version of the Spark theme.

Spark Premium contains 27 new modules, 34 new sections, 17 new templates, and three header/footer options to further customize and build your website to your needs.

Warning: If you already use Spark, purchasing Spark Premium does not integrate the new content into the free Spark theme. You would be using Spark Premium as a completely separate theme.

Getting Started with Spark Premium

When you install Spark Premium through your HubSpot portal, you’ll gain access to an expanded library of components in the page editor’s left sidebar. The additional modules integrate seamlessly with HubSpot’s drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to build more sophisticated page layouts without custom coding.

The 27 premium modules include advanced components like pricing tables, testimonial carousels, and interactive galleries that aren’t available in the free version. You’ll find these organized in the modules panel when editing any page, making it easy to drag them into your content areas. Each module comes with pre-configured styling options that match Spark’s design system, ensuring visual consistency across your site.

The 34 new sections provide complete page blocks that combine multiple elements into cohesive layouts. These are particularly useful when building landing pages or homepage sections, as they eliminate the need to manually arrange individual modules. You can access these through the sections tab in the page editor and customize colors, spacing, and content directly in the sidebar.

Pro tip: Before switching from free Spark to Spark Premium, document your current page layouts and theme settings. Since Spark Premium functions as a separate theme, you’ll need to recreate your customizations in the new theme’s settings panel.

The 17 additional templates cover specialized page types like case studies, product showcases, and event pages. When creating new pages in your content manager, you’ll see these options alongside HubSpot’s default templates. Each template includes optimized layouts for conversion and mobile responsiveness, saving you significant design time.

Remember to test all forms and CTAs after migrating content, as the premium theme may require reconnecting some HubSpot integrations.
