How to Use This Section

The Subscription Form Box section provides a clean, focused way to capture email subscriptions anywhere on your site. This section features a contained design with subtle styling that draws attention without overwhelming your page content, making it ideal for newsletters, product updates, or promotional campaigns.

You can add this section to any page through HubSpot’s page editor by selecting it from the Traverse theme’s pre-built sections library. Simply drag and drop it into your desired location, whether that’s mid-content, at the bottom of blog posts, or as a prominent call-to-action on landing pages.

When configuring the Theme Form module, pay close attention to the button positioning settings. The default single-line layout works best with email-only forms, creating a sleek horizontal appearance. If you need to collect additional information like names or phone numbers, switch the button position to “below” or “stacked” in the module settings to maintain proper visual hierarchy.

Best practices for this section include connecting it to HubSpot forms that automatically add subscribers to your marketing lists. You can customize the form’s placeholder text, button copy, and styling through the theme’s form module settings. Consider using this section on high-traffic pages like your homepage, resource downloads, or thank-you pages where visitors are already engaged.

The contained box design makes this section particularly effective for breaking up long content while maintaining your site’s visual flow. Unlike full-width subscription sections, this boxed approach works well within content areas and sidebars, giving you more flexibility in your page layouts.
