How to Use This Template

The Traverse home template is specifically designed to create high-converting landing pages that immediately direct visitors to your most important products or services. Unlike standard blog-focused homepage templates, this template prioritizes visual storytelling and product discovery through its carefully arranged layout of interactive components.

When you select this template in the HubSpot page editor, you’ll notice it loads with a powerful combination of above-the-fold elements that work together seamlessly. The Hero - Background Video module creates an immersive first impression, while the Product Navigation Grid - Overlapping section below it provides intuitive pathways to your key offerings. This vertical flow is intentionally designed to guide users from awareness to action within seconds of landing on your page.

Setting up your home template is straightforward through HubSpot’s drag-and-drop editor. The pre-configured sections maintain proper spacing and mobile responsiveness automatically, but you can customize colors, fonts, and spacing through the theme settings panel. Pay special attention to the Transparent Header module settings—this creates a seamless overlay effect with your hero video that’s particularly effective for e-commerce sites.

The template’s strength lies in its modular flexibility. You can rearrange the default modules to match your content strategy, swap the Masonry Gallery for additional Products Sliders, or move the Reviews Slider higher up to build trust earlier in the user journey. The Subscription Form Box works especially well when placed between social proof elements like the Logos module and product showcases.

For optimal performance, ensure your hero background video is under 10MB and your product images in the navigation grid maintain consistent aspect ratios across all devices.
