Control Solutions rolled one HubSpot design across four product divisions
The Customer
Control Solutions, Inc. makes pest control, turf and agricultural chemical products. It sells through four divisions, CSI-Pest, Quali-Pro, Martin’s and Production Animal, each with its own section of one HubSpot CMS website, and it reaches customers through distributors. Lynton worked with the company on a web and marketing retainer in 2024 and 2025. The 2024 work included a Canadian product section for Quali-Pro with French pages, restyled termite calculators, and mobile, accessibility and technical SEO audits of the site.
The Challenge
The Quali-Pro division had received a new homepage, header, footer and product listing. The other three divisions and the corporate pages still ran on the older design, and the company wanted the same look across the whole site.
The Where to Buy page listed every distributor on one long page. The company can’t show preference to any distributor, even by proximity, so any redesign had to treat them all the same while cutting the scroll.
The company also runs rebate programs for its distributors on HubSpot forms and workflows, and wanted them kept current. And in 2025 Quali-Pro products were used on the course at Oakmont, host of the US Open. The marketing team wanted a promotional page that showed visitors where on the course each product was used.
The Solution
We rolled the Quali-Pro design out division by division. CSI-Pest went live on March 14, 2025 with a new homepage, a product listing that filters by product type and by pest from the site’s product table in HubDB, and new header and footer menus. Martin’s and Production Animal followed a week later, each with its own color palette, product pages, menus and redirects. The corporate pages came onto the same header and hero styles in April, with a footer that lists all four divisions. A search option lets visitors search one division or the whole site.
For Where to Buy, we replaced the long list with an interactive region map that reads from the company’s sales rep tables. Regions, their colors and their order all come from the table, so the marketing team can change them without a developer. Choosing a state reveals that state’s distributors and its Territory Manager with an email link. The page went live on May 28, 2025.
For the rebate program we updated the calculator module for HubSpot’s current forms, and for the 2025 program we built a searchable distributor selector to replace a checkbox list of 160 names, product-based bonus rules, enrollment workflows, and logic that routes distributors who order electronically past the calculator. We also generalized the confirmation email so one email serves every program.
The Oakmont page is built on a video background hero with a play and pause control, an information map that places hover hotspots, pins and side drawers over a photograph of the course, and a footer banner. The map module accepts any image and any number of drawers and pins, so the team can build more maps from it. We tested it across browsers and on phones, and it went live on November 13, 2025. We saved it and a companion event registration page as reusable templates.
The Results
The company’s marketing contact told us the termite calculators had been a big hit with their audience, and that three more were being added for pre-construction use. On seeing the video hero for the Oakmont page, the same contact said it gave them the wow factor they had been looking for.
Wrapping Up
The standard on this account was a site the client’s own team can run: every map, menu and region driven by a table they edit, and every new page saved as a template they can reuse. Lynton now builds AI-native websites on open infrastructure; see our current work at /case-studies.
