Build what replaces
the walled garden.
Lynton spent 16 years inside SaaS as a HubSpot partner. We left to build AI-native infrastructure that companies actually own. Small team, fast pace, and we're hiring people who want to write the playbook, not follow one.

Founding Director, AI Digital Strategy
Own the strategy layer of every engagement, lead clients off legacy tools (CRM, marketing automation, and CMS to open-source), and design the AI agents and automations that replace old workflows. Drive measurable marketing and sales results and build the strategy function from the ground floor. For an agency-grown leader done waiting on their shop to adopt AI.
- Strategy and blueprint phases, measurement frameworks, revenue dashboards
- Systems adoption and migration: legacy CRM, marketing automation, and CMS to open-source
- Design AI agents and automations that replace legacy workflows
- 8+ years agency-side digital strategy, implementation, or RevOps
Founding AI Engineer
Build the agent orchestration platform Lynton uses to deliver client engagements, deploy it on actual client work, and feed every lesson back into the platform. Lynton is incubating a new company from inside the agency; you'd be founding-team.
- Build agent orchestration, playbooks, evals, autonomy gates
- Deploy the platform on real client engagements as work comes in
- Refactor the platform when client work surfaces gaps
- 4+ years engineering; 1+ year shipping agent systems required
Ground floor, with credibility under it.
Lynton isn't just an agency. It's a launchpad for client projects, new products, and digital brands incubated from inside. You work across all of it.
Real revenue, real legacy
Not a zero-traction startup. 27 years in business, 2,000+ implementations, an existing client base generating revenue. Real problems for real companies, not pre-product-market-fit chasing.
Build products, not just projects
Client work is half the picture. We're also building new products and digital brands incubated within the agency: our own AI-native infrastructure, tools, and content properties. You ship things with your name on them.
AI-native from day one
AI isn't an initiative here. It's how we build, deliver, and operate. Cursor, Claude Code, Aider, MCP. Not experimental. The actual workflow. You ship faster than you thought possible.
Outsized impact
Small team. No bureaucracy. Your work ships to real clients within weeks, not quarters. Direct access to the founder. Full ownership, not narrow lanes.
