The HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension (or Gmail Extension as some call it) has three main features that your sales representatives can utilize:
- Feature 1: Track and log email- With this feature, every time a contact opens an email, you’ll be notified via a pop-up notification on your desktop. Additionally, this information will be logged to that contact’s timeline in HubSpot. If you have a Sales Hub account, you can also see what links your recipient clicks – but this feature is not logged.
- Feature 2: Contact profiles – Using the contact profiles feature, you can search through HubSpot’s contacts and access details without leaving Gmail. You’ll see this information as a collapsible sidebar in your Gmail account.
- Feature 3: HubSpot sales tools – This feature allows you to access HubSpot sales tools directly in your inbox. Use snippets, templates, documents, and meetings tools without having to navigate away from Gmail.
What Are the Benefits of the Extension?
