We comply with EU GDPR when we process personal information obtained from the Third-Party Data Controller.
Our Services are not aimed at EU Data Subjects, so we do not assume a position of a ‘Controller’ within the meaning of EU GDPR even in a rarest occasion when an EU Data Subject chooses to leave their personal information with us. However, we do process personal information on behalf of Third-Party Data Controllers in which case we comply with all obligations required from a ‘Processor’ by the EU GDPR.
We will only process data obtained from the Third-Party Data Controllers in accordance with the DPA https://www.lyntonweb.com/data-processing-agreement and in accordance with any written instruction from such Controller.
