HubSpot’s AI Content Generator is Here

In its June product release, HubSpot jumped on the AI bandwagon by announcing the public beta of its Content Assistant. Use it to create project outlines, brainstorm titles and subject lines, and more.
HubSpot also released a lot of other exciting updates that we’ll discuss in this blog. Let’s dig in!
What is HubSpot’s AI Content Assistant?
When you don’t have a dedicated content team to pump out helpful and relevant content for your customers, AI can come in handy as a starting point. After all, content is king.
Use Content Assistant for:
- Blogs, Landing Pages, Website Pages: Generate titles and meta descriptions.
- Emails: Content Assistant can get you started, and you fill in the blanks.
- Calls to Action: Generate CTA copy from scratch or by rewriting what CA returns.
- Social Media: Create social media captions for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
Note: Artificial intelligence is great and all, but it is not a human with real emotions. Make sure you read everything you generate for accuracy and clarity (says the human at the other end of this blog)!
This feature is available to all Hubs and tiers.
Other New Features We’re Jazzed About
AI isn’t the only new product at HubSpot this month. Here are other features we’re excited to dig into.
Copy and Paste Actions from One Workflow to Another
When we say our hearts fluttered with this update… You can now copy an action from one workflow and paste it into another workflow in your portal. If you’re building a number of region-based automation or deal stage-based automation and need them in separate workflows, copying and pasting them this way will save you tons of time.
This update is available to all users with workflow access.
Coaching Playlists
Training your team just got easier. With HubSpot’s new Coaching Playlists, you can add calls or clippings of calls to your portal to help train your crew. Use it to onboard new clients or employees, teach soft skills and/or selling tactics, create demo videos, and more. Give your playlists different titles depending on what they contain, and get notified when new recordings are added.
This feature is available to all Sales and Service Pro+ customers.
Marketing Email Performance as a Report Data Set
Analytics nerds, rejoice! With this new update, you can get a better understanding of how your emails perform. In your custom report builder, you can now drill deeper into your email metrics.
Choose from three sources:
- Marketing email - Email property data, like subject line, campaign name, and sender details
- Marketing email activities - The individual marketing email events
- Marketing email analytics - A data table of multiple email events
Previously, you weren’t able to understand the email click rate for segment A versus segment B. Now you can see them together. Read more about this update.
This feature is available to all customers with Pro+ plans.
