HubSpot is heating up this summer – by adding several new features and enhancements to its CMS, Marketing, Service, and Sales Hubs! As the company is dedicated to continually improving the customer experience, there are quite a few new releases. If you don’t have the time to hunt them all down, keep reading. We break down some of the best updates below.

CMS Hub

Files recycle bin: Have you ever accidentally deleted something and had a mini panic attack? With HubSpot’s new “Recycle Bin” button in CMS Hub, you won’t have to worry. You can click this and restore a file up to 90 days after deletion.

Export SEO recommendations: Need to send a list of SEO updates to your development team? Use the “Actions” button in the SEO audit tool to generate a simple CSV file you can send.

Geotargeting: If you want to show different cookie policy banners based on location, you can use geotargeting. This allows you to choose which countries will see what.

Ad source rule for smart content: With this addition, you can create smart content rules based on ads someone clicks on!

Brand colors: Tired of searching for your brand colors when editing content in CMS Hub? You can now easily access your default colors in the color picker when using the page editor.

Sales Hub

Streamline CRM records: Your CRM records can accumulate a ton of information. Thankfully, HubSpot has updated the activity timeline to be more condensed and collapsible. No more scrolling to find essential details!

CRM card customization: You can now define and decide what properties appear on board and association cards, with your chosen fields being saved as defaults.

Priority for deals: When you’re juggling several deals, determining the focus of each can be difficult. Not anymore! Set the level of attention or importance needed with the new default deal priority property.

1:1 emails from custom object record pages: You can now email from within a custom object, so you have all the context you need when crafting a 1:1 email to contacts.

Custom objects filters in lists: Make your contact lists work for you by filtering by custom object and ticket properties. You’ll also see these tickets and every custom object in your portal.

Marketing Hub

Campaign and sequence data in custom report builder: You can now build custom reports with campaign and sequence data to measure marketing campaign performance easier. Sales teams can also create reports on sequence events to see which events are most successful in their efforts.

Email reply tracking: This new email engagement event will help your marketing team focus on highly personalized messages.

Service Hub

Knowledge base improvements: Service Hub users can now migrate to a HubSpot knowledge base from multiple platforms using CSV files. You can also export using CSV, too, and move.

Forecasting: This new feature lets your service and sales teams forecast upgrading and renewal revenue.

Call navigation: Navigate around the contact record and CRM while still keeping the “call live’ and the “call window’ open in Service Hub with this update!
